Three new lion whelps were born in Tbilisi zoo

Tbilisi Lions of Tbilisi zoo – Simba and Nala – have three new whelps. Tbilisi zoo administration has posted information regarding this on its official Facebook page. The lion whelps were born late night yesterday.    
“We manage to visit them just few minutes ago and took these photos. The cubs passed all the necessary procedures and they stay under constant attention of veterinarians. We added hay and all the necessary equipment. This posterity is the first for the couple, and luckily, both parents show great care towards their children”, - is said in the statement.    Photos taken shortly after their birth were also spread on facebook.
