With an initiative of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, special commission will be create to investigate the situation existed in the Corrections Ministry.   
As Mikheil Saakashvili said on the special briefing held today, it is necessary to have representative of the Public defender in every institution. 
“It is important to determine exactly what happened there; therefore parliamentary commission should be created, where everyone will be involved, including Public Defender himself. He is not in Tbilisi for now, but as soon as he arrives, I will meet him. It is necessary to permanently have a representative of Public Defender in every corrections institute. All these years Tugushi was criticizing this system and as it turned out, it was very fair, therefore, he should have his representatives everywhere”, - the President said.   
Also, according to another initiative of Saakashvili, everyone willing to have an emergency meeting with inmates should be given this opportunity. All the relatives of the inmates will make sure that their inmates are well. 
“It is necessary to entirely open this system, as the situation is an emergency”, - President said.
