Giorgi Lortqipanidze was appointed on the position of head of Department of Corrections

Department of Corrections has a new head. As Shota Utiashvili said to journalists, Giorgi Lortqipanidze was appointed on the mentioned position. 
According to the information of Utiashvili, head of Gldani N8 prison was changed too. 
“Currently, replacement of chiefs of several prisons is underway”, - Utiashvili said. 
We will recall you that due to the video footage spread today, where torture of prisoners is showed, Katuna Kalmakhelidze resigned.
