The government has decided to reorganize the medical emergency service. 
Before the center was a legal entity of the public law and according to the decree signed by Giorgi Ugulava, the legal form of the center became limited liability entity. 
According to the decree, the government owns 100 percent of the shares. The mentioned decision was published in the Herald and it has already entered into force.
