Statement of Defence Ministry of Georgia in connection with the Military Parade

According to the information of Georgian Defence Ministry, On May 26 Military Parade dedicated to the Georgian Independence Day will be held in front of Parliament of Georgia in city Kutaisi.

In connection with the mentioned event, the Defence Ministry released a statement: “Media representatives interested in covering the above mentioned event are eligible to get accreditation at the Defence Ministry of Georgia from May 7 including May 21.

The accreditation cards will be issued on May 24-25 from 12:00 till 19:00 at the following address:

1. Ministry of Defence of Georgia; No 20 Gen. Kvinitadze St., Tbilisi;

2. "Government House"; No 5 Irakli Abashidze St., Kutaisi.

Representatives of the mass media: journalists of electronic and printed periodicals, radio, television, video, photo and documentary programmes, producers and editors, technical staff are eligible for accreditation. Media representatives who wish to attend the event should submit accreditation form which is placed on the website of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia:

Notice: In case, after filling in the accreditation form, you don't receive notification that you have successfully passed the accreditation during 24 hours, please don't hesitate and contact us on the following telephone numbers: 2 91-04-21; 577 19 00 87; 577 19 00 96”, - is said in the statement.
