Shalva Natelashvili faces imprisonment

Despite of the Court’s decision, the lead of the “Labor party”, Shalva Natelashvili is not going to apologize to the “Palitramedia” and is ready to serve two years imprisonment.  

The Secretary General of the “Labor party” Joseph Shatberashvili said, a few days ago Natelashvili has received at home a statement from the Enforcement Bureau that according to the Court’s decision, Shalva Natelashvili should apologize to the “Palitramedia”. 

In case he does not apologize, the criminal case with 381 Article, Criminal Code will be launched against him, which implies two years imprisonment. Nonetheless, Shalva Natelashvili will not apologize, because he said the truth,” – Shatberashvili said.  

We will recall you that, Tbilisi City Court has completely satisfied the claim of “Palitramedia” against Shalva Natelashvili on February 8, 2012. Natelashvili was obligated to deny those statements, which he spread with a help of “Maestro”, “Kviris Qronika” and “Alia”. In the statement, Natelashvili accused the “Palitramedia” of seizing school from children and taking millions from Bidzina Ivanishvili.
