“The presidential certificate” will be handed to Tibilov

The organizational committee met for planning “inauguration” of the new leader of separatist regime, Leonid Tibilov. The “inauguration” is scheduled on today. According to local media, many guests are expected in Tskhinvali today.

The ceremony will be held in the big hall of, so-called, government house, after this, head of Central Election Commission will hand “the presidential certificate” to Tibilov. 

According to Tskhinvali media, “on inauguration day, the newly elected president will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with foreign delegations”. However, it is not specified which foreign delegations are going to be there. Usually, under representatives of such foreign and international missions they mean officials from Russia, Abkhazia and Transnistria.
