The new leader of the separatist regime – Leonid Tibilov, requested studying the issue of using-spending Russian financial aid. As it is known, the marionette regime wasted millions of rubles transferred by Moscow and the vast majority of the people, who stayed with no roof as a result of 2008 Russian aggression, still remain without housing. 

Accordingly, as Russian media reports, the so-called, General Prosecutor’s Office will begin controlling a great number of services and offices and will examine how legally they have spent the Russian money in the period from January 1, 2010 to April 19, 2012. This process will be carried out by the order of Tibilov. A total of 10 organizations are to be checked and this process will be finished before June 25.
