Sokhumi regime will no longer let Abkhazian patients to go to Georgian side for medical treatment
According
to the statement of Abkhazian so-called, Prime-Minister Leonid Lakerbaia, the
so-called, Ministry of health will no longer let Abkhazian patients go to
Georgian side for treatments. Lakerbaia made announcement about it during the
meeting with the representatives of the fund of disabled people.
Simultaneously,
the puppet regime is trying to promote Russian hospitals, however, Abkhazians
themselves say that treatment there costs very expensive.
As we
know, Sokhumi painfully perceives the fact that cases, when Abkhazians pass
Inguri for receiving high-quality, timely, inexpensive and often, free medical
aid, became more frequent.
Some of
Russian media reported that the mentioned decision of Lakerbaia is “a bow to
the Georgian strategy”. The newspaper “Vzgliad” reports that “Abkhazia has hit
the Georgian strategy of settlement”.
Apart from Russia,
the decision made in Sokhumi was received approval of Tskhinvali. While
Lakerbaia was prohibiting going to Georgian side for treatments, the so-called,
Ambassador of the so-called South Ossetia to Russian
Federation, Dimitri Medoev thanked Russian doctors for
saving “Motherland defenders” and generally, for treatment of patients from South Ossetia. Medoev visited the military hospital,
where Anatoli Kabisov wounded during the war in 2008 was medically treated. He
was discharged from the hospital yesterday.
