Today, Tskhinvali separatist regime demands to hold meeting with the working group of Incidents prevention and response mechanism immediately. The puppet regime requests cancelation of Georgian police post in the village Zardiantkari again.

As the so-called presidential spokesman in post-conflict resolution affairs, Murat Jioev said, “explosive situation is at the border zone. Georgian police officers moved from the lower part of the village to the center and with it several Ossetian families turned out to be in the area of the post of Georgian Interior Ministry”.

According to Jioev, they were scared and had no other choice but to leave their houses.

“We should understand them. They have no guarantees of security neither in the form of EU observer missions, and especially not in the form of Georgian police post. The situation became tense; we require meetings in the frameworks of the incidents prevention and response mechanism, where these issues will be discussed”, - Jioev said.
