John McCain and Joe Lieberman to visit Georgia today

Republican Senator John McCain and Democratic Senator Joe Lieberman are to arrive in Georgia today. 
Within the visit the Senators will hold meetings with the President and other government officials. 
According to the statement of the Deputy Foreign Minister, Nino Kalandadze, this visit will once again reveal support of the U.S. towards Georgia and will be recognition of steps taken by the government.
“On our part, we hope we will have opportunity to provide them with maximal additional information on the current processes developing in Georgia and planed reforms”, - she said.
