Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili hosted Argentina Foreign Minister in the president’s house. 
According to the statement of the First Person of the state, this is a historical visit, as from this region of the world no one has been in Georgia with an official visit so far.    During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation of the two countries and talked about deepening the relations. As Hector Timerman noted, there is a great potential for cooperation between the two countries, namely, in economic, cultural, tourism and agricultural directions.  
During the meeting, Foreign Minister of Argentina stated that he support Georgian territorial integrity and sovereignty.
