Voters residing abroad are able to pass additional registration for participating in the elections from today

For supporting the participation of out-of-country Georgian citizen voters in the Elections of the Parliament of Georgia 2012, the CEC of Georgia adopted a decree, according to which the citizens will have the opportunity to register for the elections on the additional days - September 12 and 13, 2012. 
According to the CEC information, for the additional registration, the voters shall appear at the election precincts formed abroad and present their identification documents.
The voters, who were on a consular registry and are planning to be in Georgia on the election day, shall address any agency of the Civil Registry or consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia with the request of the consular deregistration.
