According to the statement of Bidzina Ivanishvili, he is ready to start consultations with Mikheil Saakashvili. In this regard, the coalition has created group of representatives, where Irakli Alasania, David Usupashvili and Irakli Gharibashvili are included. “Georgian new constitution makes it inevitable the relationship between parliamentary majority and the president, representative of the opposition. Many issues should be solved, therefore, we have created working group of representatives of the coalition, which is authorized to conduct consultations with the current president and the government on behalf of the coalition. The working group includes Irakli Alasania, David Usupashvili and Irakli Garibashvili”, - is said in the statement of Ivanishvili. Leader of the coalition comments on the statement regarding the president’s resignation. “I stated not once, that we are ready for constructive relationships with current government representatives, including Georgian president. As for my statement expressed on the press-conference yesterday, regarding the president’s dismissal, this is neither mine, nor coalition’s political demand. I only stressed that the Georgian constitution tailored only on one person’s interests creates many difficulties and resignation might be the best solution for Georgian president. In this regard, I state once again that we do not put any political ultimatums and for country’s benefit we are ready to solve state problems together with the president and the current government representatives”, - is said in the statement spread on the official web-page of Ivanishvili. internet.ge
