Deputy Secretary of Georgian Security Council, Batu Kutelia, calls irresponsible to the statement of Russian Foreign Minister and he said that Russian federation violates fundamental principles of international relationships. 

“Russia is an irresponsible gambler and it was clearly observable at the summit. Our neighbors are annoyed with democratic progress of Georgia and they do not hide it. The main reason of ethnic cleansing carried out on territories of Georgia in 2008 was exactly that – stopping democratic development and Euro-Atlantic integration of Georgia. However, Georgia will definitely become member of NATO – that was and always will be our and our partners’ response” – Batu Kutelia said to “”. 

According to the statement of Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, official Moscow is concerned about the fact that Georgia is called NATO’s aspirant country.
