In these minutes, members of Georgian Azerbaijani students’ association are gathered at the parliament and are holding a demonstration.

Azerbaijani students protest the statement of the Deputy Jondi Bagaturia, which was made by him today at the parliamentary session. Bagaturia asked a question on the session: “what are you going to do if Armenians ask Georgian government to recognize Armenian genocide?” The statement was also followed by Azerbaijani Deputy, Azer Suleimanov’s indignation.

About 30 people are gathered outside the parliament and they are shouting: “Bagaturia is a seller”, “Bagaturia sold himself”.

According to the statement of Samira Ismailova, the head of Georgian Azerbaijani students’ association, the mentioned issue should be discussed by historians and not by politicians.
