David Bakradze met with German colleague. On the meeting the chairmen of
German and Georgian Parliaments talked about priorities of Georgian foreign
policy, discussed the internal political situation and coming elections.
As the parliament press-service informed “Internet.ge”, David Bakradze
and Norbert Lammert talked about the partner relationships between the two
countries.
According to their information, it was noted at the meeting that Germany supports the process of Georgia’s
democratic development and that Georgian-German relations are developing
steadily.
Norbert Lammert find out from the Parliament Chairman of Georgia detailed information about the elections
preparation processes in Georgia.
He appreciated the Georgian government’s initiative regarding active
involvement of international observers in these processes and noted that be
believes that the upcoming elections will be held in a fair and democratic
atmosphere.
David Bakradze thanked Norbert Lammert once again for the position of Germany, which
includes non-recognition policy towards the Russian-occupied territories.
