The government has developed new bill regarding work of Chamber of
Commerce and Industry of Georgia.
The bill – “about the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Georgia” was
initiated on yesterday’s session of Bureau.
According to the statement of the Government Parliamentary Secretary,
Gia Khuroshvili, the bill fallows the negotiations launched with EU regarding
the trade relations.
As for the amendments, the project will determine – rules of formation
of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Georgia, its legal status, structure and
basic functions; also, rules of delegating these functions to Abkhazian, Adjara Autonomous
Republic and regional
Commerce-industry Chambers; also, capability of chamber’s electronic service
and definition of legal power of documentations prepared in accordance with
this method.
