Moldova wants Saakashvili as president

On one of the sessions Chisinau Mayor Dorin Chirtoacă said that he would like to see Saakashvili as Moldavian president. He voiced this desire while speaking about corruption and a state structure. Information about this was reported by  

“One idea came to my mind. Saakashvili’s second term ends, after what he will no longer be able to be put to the vote. If he cannot become Georgian president, let him come in Moldovar, then corruption will disappear and we will have investments too”, - Chirtoacă said.

The publication also notes that Georgian president is known as pro-western leader and as a result of his reforms corruption in the country reduced and confidence in the police increased.
