Georgian president visited the Emergency Management Center. Mikheil Saakashvili observed the center and spoke with staff.  

The First Person of the State was there together with Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava.

According to Saakashvili, there was no common number for emergency, the police was locked in the buildings and the heads of all the regional police were bandits. 

“We do many things effectively and an example of this is the fact that Hillary Clinton is still under impressions of our House of Justice and spokes about it everywhere”, - Saakashvili said.

President spoke about the constructions carried out in the Nutsubidze Plateau 4th district.

“I was Vake region Deputy and I remember well how hopeless this place was. There was no such a place in Georgia. Now everything is vice versa, infrastructure is done. Nutsubidze Plateau 4th district will be one of the most central places in Tbilisi”, - the president said.
