Mikheil Saakashvili has met with the President of the European People’s party

Georgian president has met with the president of the European People’s Party Wilfried Martens in Brussels.

During the meeting the sides discussed bilateral cooperation and support in the process of European integration. The talks touched internal political situation and the upcoming elections.

We will recall you that, Mikheil Saakashvili is in Brussels with two-days visit, where he will attend the congress of the European People’s Party, with Wilfried Martens’ personal invitation. Within the visit, bilateral meetings with representatives of the Council of Europe and the EU are planned.
