Day News

The Leader of the coalition “Georgian dream” will fully pay fines imposed by the Court.

A statement about it was made by Maia Panjikidze, the spokesperson of Ivanishvili, on the press-conference held today.

According to her, Ivanishvili does not recognize legality of the fines; however he will cover the fins completely to help the population affected by the disaster.

According to the statement of Panjikidze, the population received 10 times more damage than the government offers them; for this reason the coalition leader decided to pay the fines.

“Ivanishvili has already paid 10 million and he will completely cover the remaining amount”, - Panjikidze said.

The coalition also requires establishment of monitoring for determining the damage.
