Giorgi Tugushi calls on the media outlets to stop showing the video footage of torture of inmates

Minister of Corrections and Legal Assistance of Georgia, Giorgi Tugushi was in Gldani N8 penitentiary establishment, were he met the inmates and spoke with them.  
While speaking with journalists after the meeting with the inmates, Tugushi called on all the media outlets to stop showing video footage of torture of the prisoners. 
According to the Minister, circulation of the mentioned information complicates the situation. “Now the most important for me is psychological rehabilitation of this people, all these are already started and I ask you, let’s not harm the inmates’ relatives” – Tugushi said.
