A well-known architect John Fotiadis will head construction works of Batumi “Trump Tower”.

Information about this was spread by “Silk group”. According to their announcement, in the ultramodern 47 story building a business center, Spa and fitness clubs, bars and residential apartments with a space from 80 to 700 square meters will be placed.     

It’s the first investment of Donald Trump on Georgian market.

American businessman, president of well-known building company, will arrive in Georgia on April 21.  

As president’s administration informed “Internet.ge”, Donald Trump will stay in Tbilisi on April 21 and on the next day he will travel to Batumi, where he will meet president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili.
