Informational
–Analytical portal “Presa.ge” publishes Bidzina Ivanishvili’s letter, which he
sent to the bogus owners of his companies. With this letter he requested to
transfer ownership of his companies on the name of his son, Uta Ivanishvili.
The agency also publishes Notary Act, with which Ivanishvili confirmed his own
signature.
“The first case clearly demonstrates what kind of ways Ivanishvili
uses to look like owner of less property than he actually has. With it he
attempts to avoid seizure of his property and other expected legal actions
regarding his shares.
And the second case shows that on June 19, 2012, i.e.,
before drawing up this Notary Act, Bidzina Ivanishvili, “who is madly in love
with Georgia”, was not signing documentations on Georgian – his signature was
Russian…“ – the publication reports.
The
Document states that on June 19, 2012, Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Ave. 39 A, notary
Ekaterine Gvantseladze was addressed by Bidzina Ivanishvili, who invited her to
his office on the King Erekle II square, for notarization and confirmation of
his signature.
The notary checked ID,
effectiveness, made sure it was expression of his will and confirmed signature
made in her presence. This action does not mean the confirmation of the signed
document – with it only authenticity of the signature is evidenced.
As for the letter sent to
someone, mentioned as Mr. Vasiliades, it states the following:
“June
15, 2012:
