Zaza Gorozia, Minister of Agriculture observed
Does-Grakali irrigation system rehabilitation works in village Khidistavi, Kaspi Municipality.
Rehabilitation project, initiated by the Ministry of
Agriculture, intends full reconstruction of irrigation canal and head building
of the system - providing constant water supply to the 400 ha agricultural land
in 5 villages (Khidistavi, Uflistsikhe, Kvakhvreli, Doesi, Grakali) of Kaspi
Municipality. Land is owned by 2000 families.
The rehabilitation works will be completed in October
2012. The local people are employed on the project.
