Poland has recognized the neutral document

Poland has recognized the neutral document, which gives opportunity to the residents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia to receive social services and allows them the free movement abroad. 

The announcement about it was made by the Vice-Primer, State Ministry for Reintegration of Georgia Eka Tkeshelashvili. In the statement she noted that she appreciates the fact of recognition of the neutral travel document by Poland. 

The neutral travel document and neutral ID cards are documents of humanitarian characteristics.
