The amount allocated for compensation of victims of natural disaster is already known.

According to the statement of the Prime-Minister, Vano Merabishvili, those, whose harvest was completely destroyed, will receive aid of 1300-1500 Gel; those, whose harvest was destroyed on 70 % will get 800 – 900 Gel; and those, who has 50% of harvest destroyed will be handed 300-500 Gel compensation.    

Also, the fuel, flour, oil and other products are distributed among the population.

We will recall you that mostly Kakheti region suffered as a result of the natural disaster.

At this time, about 1000 reservists are in the region to help the population. Along with the rescue workers, they are cutting trees, pulled out by the strong wind and cleaning the areas from the very morning.
