NBE conducts preparation works in Ltd. “Burji” with the goal of delivering property to the new owner

“NBE of Georgia continues release of information
concerning the enforcement proceeding details on Ltd. Burji case.
E-auction over Ltd. Burji
property was over on August 2. A winner was revealed and the latter bought the
property at 8 761 513.55 GEL. According to the Law of Georgia on
Enforcement Proceedings, the winner has to make the full pay within 10 days.
Only after the payment, the winner becomes the final owner of the property.
Accordingly, a buyer should be delivered the property in liberated mode.
Considering all the above mentioned, NBE conducts preparation works with the
goal of delivering property to their new owner.
Ltd. Burji has been charged
11 018 105 GEL on the basis of the enforcement writs #4/2756-12 and
4/2751-12 issued by Tbilisi City Court. The above-mentioned Ltd. has also been
charged 771 267, 35 GEL enforcement fee. To ensure the enforcement of the writs
property of Burji Ltd. was put up for an e-auction. The property was sold at 8
761 513.55 GEL. The starting price of the property was 5 153 831.50 GEL.
With the purpose of making
the enforcement process more transparent, NBE will provide Georgian society
with further information about the ongoing enforcement proceedings”, - is said
