Musical schools will be established in regions

A press-conference regarding establishing musical schools in regions was held in the Ministry of culture and Monument Protection of Georgia.

On the official Facebook page of Culture Ministry it is said that “the mentioned project aims to improve the level of professional musical education in regions and popularization of classical music; also, tours of Georgian musicians, who are successful in abroad, in different regions of Georgia.”

For the pupils, concerts and Master classes will be held in the regional music schools. 

The project will be opened by famous Georgian pianist, the first Georgian “Yamaha” artist, Edisher Savitski, who will start his tour from Kakheti on May 16.
