The law about tourism free zones is to be amended

With the government’s initiative, amendments are to be effected in the law about free tourist areas. According to the amendments, the investors can request status of tourism zone in case they already have plot in their possession and are going to make one million investments there. 

A special commission, which is to discuss the project in terms of tourism development and employment, will make decision. An investor will be free from income and property taxes for 15-years.

The State law about the property is also to be amended; the new float-state property management service will be created, functions of which will combine privatization and property management.
