Ukrainian General Prosecutor, Viktor Pshonka does not exclude possibility of launching another criminal case against Yulia Tymoshenko. He said that Ukraine’s former Prime-Minister deliberately spread false information saying that she was beaten. The Prosecutor General said it today at a press-conference – Ukrainian media reports.

Pshonka noted that based on Tymoshenko’s statement, - that she was beaten, - prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation and determined, that there is not ground for launching case because of this complaint.

“I believe, that this story may be continued: Tymoshenko has right to appeal the decision of not launching a case to the court. The Court will confirm legality of this decision. After this, the Prosecutor’s office of Kharkov will have a right to give a legal assessment to the incident” – Pshonka said.
