According to testimony of probation officer, Rusishvili was looking for Tarkashvili on the day of murder
The jurors’ Court continues questioning
witnesses regarding the case of Zura Tarkashvili’s murder.
Today the public judges heard several testimonies,
including testimony of probation office employee, who met with Rusishvili
accused of murdering Tarkashvili, before the incident.
On October 17 of the last year, Davdi Rusishvili, as
well as, the Irakli Agladze and Iveri Gogberahsvili accused of the murder, were
probationers. The probation office employee said in the court, that Rusishvili
appeared to him on the day of the incident and asked when Zura Tarkashvili was
to come to the office. Rusishvili explained his interest saying that they were
friends with Tarkashvili. Zura Tarkashvili left penitentiary institution, a few
days before the murder; therefore, he was obliged to declare to the probation
office.
The probation office employee mentioned that as soon as he heard about the
murder of Tarkashvili, he linked interest and questions of Rusishvili to this
story.
In his testimony David Rusishvili admitted that he was
watching Zura Tarkashvili on the day of the murder.
