Father is accused оf killing 3 year-old son which was found in recycle bin

A 3-year-old boy who disappeared  from his father's home was found dead in a dumpster.

Child's father Maurice Brown reportedly told police he slept and when he awoke his son was gone.

However, a police affidavit contradicted his account. A witness told police that he saw Brown Sr. leaving his apartment with a child  and walk toward a parking.

Police say they found blood in the man's bathroom.

Maurice Brown is now in jail. Case was occur in Memphis.
