Beqa Tsobekhia admitted his guiltiness in murder of Giorgi Pochkua

Internal Affairs ministry released official statement regarding the murder of Giorgi Pochkhua. 

As it is said in the statement, the officers detained Beqa Tsobekhia, born in 1992, for committing premeditated murder of Giorgi Pochkhua, the crime envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia, article #108.

“Detainee has already admitted his guiltiness and named conflict as the motive of the committed crime. In connection with the case Tsobekhia’s friend, the employee of Security Police Nikoloz Badzaghua was also detained under the article #332 of the Criminal Code of Georgia”, - the statement says.

Police has seized the photo camera and a mobile phone of the deceased.
