Caretaker broke the skull to 13-year-old girl's during the beating

A Tulsa woman is behind bars after bringing a 13-month-old baby with a fractured skull, black eye and bite marks to a hospital Saturday.

Police have yet to determine 20 years old Dixon’s relationship to the baby, saying only that she was his caretaker.

When interviewed by police, Dixon had no “plausible explanation” for the baby’s injuries, the paper reported.

Authorities charged her with child abuse. he is due in court Aug. 15.
