Georgian dance in Ljubljana – Georgia is in semi-final

Georgian under-17 football team reached the UEFA European Under-17 Championship semi-finals – in the A group decisive match Georgians defeated Icelandic team with a score 1:0 and thus, got among the best 4 teams.  

The decisive goal was made by Dato Dartsimelia seven minutes from time. As a result, our team is on the second place in the A group, after Germany and got a right to play in semi-final, where its opponent will be Netherlands team. Netherlands got the first place in B group with one won and two draw matches.   

The Semi-final match between Georgia and Netherlands is scheduled on May 13 on the stadium “Stozhitse” in Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. It will be started at 22:30 by Tbilisi time.
